CIGNA Dental Network Access Plan
The CIGNA Dental Network Access Plan provides Pinnacle Choice members with access to significantly reduced, pre-negotiated discounted rates on most dental procedures. Participating CIGNA dental professionals have agreed to a pre-arranged reduced fee as payment in full for each service performed.
Payment at the reduced fee is simply made to the dentist by the member at the time of treatment. In some instances, the reduced fee can range between 15% and 50% less than the normal retail charge for that particular dental procedure.

The actual savings will vary based upon the participating CIGNA provider’s usual and customary retail rate for the desired procedure. The support staff at Pinnacle’s member services department is happy to assist in (a) locating a participating provider, (b) scheduling an appointment and (c) confirming the discounted rate the member should be charged.

How to Use the CIGNA Program
- Find a participating provider in your area at www.pinnaclechoice.com or toll free at 866-746-5678.
- Call the Dentist to make an appointment and confirm network affiliation. Be sure to identify the CIGNA Dental Network Access Program. Pinnacle’s member services can assist in this process if necessary.
- Go to the Participating CIGNA Dental Provider and present your membership card.
- Provider calls Pinnacle Choice to verify eligibility and to obtain the discounted fee to be charged.
- You pay the discounted fee at the time of service. No paperwork!
