Pinnacle offers each of its individual discount products for a flat rate of $19.95 per month. This price covers the primary member and their entire family! There is a $5.00 charge for each additional network plan. For example, a customized dental & vision discount plan would cost $24.95 per month. There is a one-time, nonrefundable enrollment charge of $30.
The 6-Pack Program is available for $39.95 per month.
The Full Card Program is available for $44.95 per month.
